HQI is a non-profit organisation designed to serve the city’s creatives by providing a supportive and enriching sanctuary for resident artists, in which artists can converse, collaborate and develop their own practices freely.

Our first space is inside a former BBC social club in White City, London.

The studio has 24/7 access for its residents, with 2 music + video editing studios, a communal visual arts studio, workshop room and a 1500ft2 exhibition space + music venue.

If you are an artist with at least 3 years post-education experience and are interested in studio space at HQI, please contact us to say hello and include any links to your work and the type of space you may require, and we can organise a visit.
